Fab and favourable location close to local markets, exceeded high expectations. Moreover, it was just off nice restaurants, several nice bars and restaurants, and Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum.

I loved having air conditioning in the room - it made my stay super comfy! the location was awesome, right at the end of the road. I had so many dining options nearby, like Bay Area Tacos just a 5-minute stroll away. 🌮

Everything was perfectly fine during 2 days, really enjoyed its great location really close to a lot of restaurants, Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, and the russian market. The room was outstanding and cozy with shared bathroom, and we slept very well.

They provide free water refills and the shower has hot water. the Guesthouse is close to the genocide museum and a short tuk-tuk ride to the city center. the lounge area and kitchen facilities are a bonus for longer stays. Vanny and his family are attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a happy stay.

They were always available to assist with arranging transportation and providing recommendations. the room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. the guesthouse is located in a friendly neighborhood with plenty of nearby food options and bars. The property is easy to find and offers a convenient location for exploring the area. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.

I always stay at this peaceful guesthouse. From the first time, the staff helped me with a taxi. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a TV room, air conditioning, and no pets or smoking. I keep coming back for trips.

I had a great time listening to Vanny's guitar skills while enjoying complimentary bike rides. The property has free wifi and is conveniently located near the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum.

Oh, and did I mention the lovely shower right above the toilet? Such a unique experience, truly remarkable.
